This track is rightfully corny, but intentionally so. Sounds like the soundtrack to Donkey Kong and Banjo & Kazooie if they stumbled into a party on the wrong side of town. Savant comes hard with his standard melting of faces by means of the keyboard. It smacks you in the face out of nowhere, and instantly you’re able to understand where this man was coming from. Tight, nostalgic, and exciting. Savant brings a lot to the table with this track.

GoldyLoxX
TROMBONES. They trombone your earholes along with the dutch-house reminiscent lead that dominates this beat. Commanding that one shakes one’s ass, this is an instant dance floor encouragement device. Being the title track on his EP The Obsession and the introduction to the rest of the EP made this song bang hard and quick – a perfect way to give you fair warning as to how GoldyLoxX gets down. ThemLostBoys
ThemLostBoys are a regular act here on Bass Station. They come at you with irregular bass stylings, of which im excessively appreciative. They don’t let sixteen bars bore you…EVER. Throwing in different synth riffs and beat modulation along with some great sample work, this is definitely a banger (think Dirty Souf meets Westcoast stylings). Exciting and complex all at the same time. Turn your subs up.

heRobust
Another regular here at Bass Station, Mr. heRobust has done it again. I’m rather impressed with this track, as it has all the tell tale signs of a trap beat without it being cookie cutter. It has feeling, a gorgeous vibe, and a bunch of room to groove. He changes it up and gets funky for you but keeps a constant vibe alive. While there is a lot going on, he remains concise and manages to communicate (very well) exactly what it was he was feeling while producing this track.

Figure
This is just a preview, but gee golly gosh am I excited for the official release. Figure strapped on some serious trap boots and shook leads in your face like a stripper working her way through college. I can’t wait to hear this on some club speakers. It’s so loud, so abrasive. Figure lets you know he’s taking no prisoners.
