Hey everyone, welcome to another edition of Tipsy Tree Thursdays here on Music You Need.  This week I’m featuring Netherlands DJ and producer, D-Wayne!  He started getting serious in about 2007 and has since blown up to become a world-wide name and supported by many huge labels and producers.  Let’s get to the music.

D-Wayne’s latest track is a for-charity remix of The Opposites “Hey DJ”.  This song is popping!  It’s in Dutch, so I don’t know if it’s possible to buy and support from the US, but you can support the 3FM, the charity, by following this link and making a purchase.  There are a lot of other artists that remixed this song for charity including Sidney Samson, Apster, and Partysquad.

The next track that I’m featuring is titled “Rewind”.  The genre on this is a little nebulous, but I’d call it Electro House.  It’s a high tempo, massive tom based percussion, that has some vocal drops strategically placed for maximum effect.  It’s received attention from Steve Aoki and Nicky Romero, so it’s definitely hot.  It’s out now on Beatport, so pick it up today.

Although the next track is untitled, I really see some big news coming from it in the future.  It’s a big room Electro-House track that, almost has some trance roots.  It has a soaring melody and some dirty basslines.  Great track, I can’t wait to hear more about it.

Here’s a tech house track for your techies.  It’s titled “Neon”, and it’s a stabby, tense tech house track.  I love the minimal vocal sample use.   It’s now on Beatport from Nervous records.

Looking for a DJ Set? Check out his mix from November 17th.  It’s a live recording and it’s amazing.  Plus you can get serenaded by his amazing accent throughout the beginning monologue.  God I love that opening track.  Turn this on and turn the volume up!

I can’t wait to see what D-Wayne has upcoming next year.  Give him some love at the links below.
