Well aren’t we so glad the weekend is here? This is Progressive Saturdays on MYN and as always I have more great tunes to bathe your ears in! This week I have tracks from a variety of great trance and progressive house producers, so lets get to it!
I’ve always enjoyed Nervo and thought they were a ton of fun when I saw them in the past. Last week I had the pleasure of seeing them at Ushuaia in Ibiza and as usual it was fun and energetic, and they did a great job spinnin’! I wanted to post a track of their’s and as it happens they have a track doing quite well right now, a collaboration with Hook N Sling called Reason. Nervo definitely turns out a little different type of EDM then what I usually post but there is no denying their talent as singers, songwriters, producers, and DJs, they make some great music!
Now back to some Trance! Next is another masterpiece from Andrew Rayel featuring the vocals of Jano, How Do I Know. Armin van Buuren has made an Intro Edit out of the song which will be featured in his upcoming Universal Religion Chapter Six. Enjoy!
Always count on Anjunabeats to release quality progressive trance, as you should from any label headed by Above & Beyond. The Great Divide by Velvetine is definitely that and would be a great track to relax to and enjoy a great view.
I finally got to see Tom Fall at Privilege on Monday for ASOT Invasion and he had a monster set! He dropped this beast of a remix he did for Super8 & Tab’s Fiesta, and the place went nuts!
Andrew Rayel can’t stop, its that simple, he must make fantastic bangers. Kepler 22 (check the news if you don’t know what the name means its cool stuff) originally by Fady & Mina was remixed by Rayel and he put his signature touch on it to make it a trance crowd smasher!
Simon Patterson has been coming out with some great new tunes lately. Here he teamed up with Sarah Howells amazing vocals to make Here & Now, a song that will have you thinking about that special someone. This song has a great range of sounds from uplifting to tech-trance in it so give it a listen its very good.
The last track I have for you is Stoneface & Terminal and Cathy Burton’s track Go The Distance. Burton provides some fantastic, emotional lyrics to go along with a great melody and very cool climax section. Here it is!
That will be it for this week. I truly hope you enjoyed these tracks and look forward to bringing you more music next week. Later!
