This latest artist spotlight I have for you guys really what you would consider underground. With only around 6 current Soundcloud followers, PigPenRebelRiotClub (a name which I particularly love), this guy has some major talent. I got to meet him just last week at a bar in North Park, San Diego, and he shared a little of his story; that he’s been producing for just a little while, but has already mastered a free production software he found online. He’s been creating these mellow dubstep tracks that I really enjoy, so I decided I would share them with all of you to see what you think! PigPen incorporates many sounds he has created himself, so each track is completely original and sets him apart from anyone I’ve ever heard. He uses little funky wobbles, dope bass lines, simplistic yet effective drum kits, and awesome synths that accentuate the tracks. Give it a listen below and show PigPenRebelRiotClub some love!
