Hey everyone, welcome back to another edition of Tipsy Tree Thursdays! This week features Austrian producer, Cear! Daniel Herzmanek, or Cear, is a young 16 year old producer from Austria. Cear has two years of electronic dance music production under his belt. He specializes in Dubstep, Electro house, and drum and bass.
The track that turned me onto Cear is Come on and Dance. This is an electro house track that has your staple driving synth. The breakdown is nice and melodic and transitions nicely into a build that gets me pumped up. I really dig this track and think it’ll work well in my DJ sets. Free download below!
Cear has some fierce drum and bass tracks. One of his is titled Never Look Back and it’s a free download available via his soundcloud. Instead of overwhelming you with seven minutes of crazy-in-your-face drumwork, Never Look Back is melodic and uses the breakdowns to give the song a sold musical curve. Free download!
Cear also works on some 100 BMP tracks. Move, ironically slows things down a bit, but it’s a really fun track. I’m a sucker for the repetitive, dirty lyrics he sampled from Ludacris’s Move Bitch. This song has so much going on in the background. It’s super funky and gets me moving. Check it out below.
Another 100 BPM is Via Time Machine. The track is tagged as glitch hop, funkstep, neurohop, and experimental. It’s definitely experimental and I think Cear’s adventurousness paid off. It focuses on a melody that keeps you wondering what will be next. It has the cut short samples that you’d expect in a glitch track as well. It’s a free download too, so check it out!
The last track that I’m featuring today by Cear is a dubstep track called Hate & Smile. This is a fun track! Like the rest of his tracks, it has a strong melody and busts out some wub’s when the time is right. My only complaint is that I wish the kick drum was a bit louder, the synths dominate my ears during the track. Free download below!
Cya next week! Remember to give Cear some love below.
Check out Cear!
