C Dot Castro is the next big thing to come out of the DMV area. He’s a member of the #RattPack, and if you’re not familiar that is Logic’s crew. So he’s got big backing, not like he needs it. His lyricism and flows are dope, just listen to this track, Boomerang, and try and count all the names of Rappers he shouts out. This dude has talent, the video has had 6000 views in under 12 hours which is very impressive. His music strikes the same feeling that I got when listening to Logic’s mixtape, Undeniable. It’s raw, it’s gritty, it’s witty, and clever and the beat brings me back to the 90s. I have so much respect for this homie definitely a must watch and an artist to watch out for in the future.
