Alright so this is my first post and I’m gonna start this shit off on the right foot. I really struggled on what I should post and then I decided fuck it “lets go big baby!”. For my first post here on musicyouneed I’m just gonna throw a bunch of music at you and drop some knowledge on you guys so you know what to expect in the future. Hope you enjoy what I throw your way!
These first two tracks Willow & Dust, from Modek, have been getting a lot of play as of late so these might sound familiar. Nice big tracks sure to make people absolutely lose their shit.
Next up from an artist named LeBreton off of Blood Music (aka Fake Bloods record label) is his Steam EP. I personally think anything that comes out of Blood Music is gold and this doesn’t change my opinion absolutely fucking awesome tracks that sound completely different from most of the stuff out there today.
A new Brodinski remix of The Scissor Sisters track “Only The Horses”. If you don’t know who Brodinski is, then you really should!
This next EP comes from Strip Steve, a part of the Boysnoize Records family, another powerhouse in the EDM genre that really can do no wrong. The standout track is definitely “Mother Circuit”.
And from Gessafelstein I give you his latest “Just Before the Dark Mix”. This mix exemplifies the sound of Gessafelstein which is dark, evil techno. Just the way I like it!
Also, I just wanted to share my favorite track off Gessafelsteins mix. This is the kinda shit in a DJ set that I listen for. The one track that comes out of nowhere and makes you say “WTF?!”
And, last but certainly not least Harvard Bass’s remix of Blitz by Digitalism.
